3. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your belongings, Rosemount Movers is not liable for items packed by the customer or for damages resulting from pre-existing structural weaknesses. We offer basic valuation coverage as required by law; full value protection may be available upon request.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your move by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled move may incur a fee.
